Made an appointment on Friday, had my brake pads and rotors replaced on Monday. Stopped in first thing in the morning and they already had a crowd of customers, a good sign. Receptionist was nice, one of the mechanics I talked to was as well. Price is very reasonable and I must stress that this is very important today. I will definitely use them again for future vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Two+ places in a year told me 'nope, all good' even though I said I know there is something wrong with my exhaust (even googled and suspected it was the flex pipe). Ray listened, diagnosed (it was the flex pipe), repaired, and had me out the door in 30 minutes for $130! The respect I felt was very much appreciated. I will be going there for any work that my car needs that they do. Lifetime customer earned today. Thank you Ray (and Maui, who came back from lunch just at the end and finished up while Ray and I chatted). PS...I love the transparency -- found issue, showed me the issue, fixed it, then showed me the repair. No guesswork.

My husband usually handles car stuff, but I came in alone this time and appreciated not being treated differently. They explained the brake repair in simple terms and answered every question patiently. The car stops perfectly now and there’s no more squeaking at stoplights.

This place sold us a car (2013 Chevy Cruze- White) that was listed runs great, no problems, mechanic on site! He reassured us by saying his mechanic had been driving it for 6 months! It's a great car! We had this car 6 days and noticed the oil was leaking badly! Air conditioner didn't work after he told us it was fine! We took it to a shop and were told that the oil gasket had MULTIPLE leaks and had previously been GLUED IN PLACE OF MISSING BOLTS, to prevent leaking. AFTER DRIVING THE CAR AND AS THE ENGINE BEGAN TO HEAT UP THE GLUE WAS MELTING. I called the shop, after multiple attempts HE AGREED to fix it. After supposedly fixing it, we had it back 4 days NOTHING WAS FIXED. We tried to call him again and no answer or return call! Still leaks badly and air conditioner still does not work! I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Overpriced for junk! They shop auctions and don't fix their vehicles before re-selling them! And customer service sucks!
